It was founded then by young entrepreneurs John and Nancy Mannino and Sam Mannino, John’s brother. Their parents, Joe and Sue Mannino, were pillars of the bakery as well.

The values of the Mannino family remain as part of the bakery’s foundation. The entire Mannino family prides itself on providing quality baked goods and excellent customer service with a personal touch.

Our head baker, Santo, has been with Mannino’s for more than 10 years, and our cake designer, Lisa, has been a part of the family for more than 15 years.

Customers near and far come into our Sterling Heights bakery for our famous cannoli cream, which is used in our popular cannoli and famous cassata cakes. We also offer a wide variety of pastries and sweets such as coffee cakes, tiramisu, cookies, pies, angel wings, miniature desserts, and tortes, as well as homemade breads.

Mannino’s is also stocked with miscellaneous items such as pizza dough and breadsticks.
